Description

The most common type of hypnosis, and the one most people have in mind when they think about hypnosis or hypnotherapy. Examples of reasons to use this service are to quit smoking, weight management, insomnia, etc. Together, we will work toward a goal that you wish to achieve. This will be discussed and set at the beginning of the first session. The purpose of these sessions is to help you reach that goal through hypnosis. Depending on your personal preference and/or prior experiences, we can start using hypnosis on the very first session to work on your objectives, or if you prefer, have a first simpler relaxing hypnosis where you will experience the sensations of it, in which case we would start the hypnosis targeting your objectives during the second session. Please note that the rate of success is greatly increased if the decision to begin sessions is self-motivated, and not externally (for example, another person) motivated. Hypnosis does not completely change one's personality nor forces one to do something he\she is not willing to do. Rather, it helps one who is motivated to actually change. If you have concerns or specific questions you would like to be answered before beginning the sessions, you can book a free consultation first.
