My name is Anthony. I am French. I like helping people, find in motivating and fulfilling. I grew up outisde of a small town in the french countryside, in the Rhône-Alpes region, not very far from Switzerland and Italy. Through my services, we will work together to help you move toward your goals and help you stay motivated. I will answer your questions, provide support, and help you stay on track for the duration of the work we will do together.
Competences
After completing the first year of my Foreign Language Didactics master's degree in 2014, I got interested in hypnosis, after experiencing it. I obtained a first certification from a member of the NGH (National Guild of Hypnotists) in 2015, and started offering my hypnosis consultation services. After that, while traveling, I studied and obtained in 2016 the Certified Personal Trainer certification from the NSCA (National Strength and Conditioning Association), a renowned American sport-related certification organization. Following this, I attended a second hypnosis seminar in 2018 that got me certified from the NGH organization itself. In 2023, I obtained the Nutritionist certification from the ISSA (International Sports Sciences Association), motivated by my general interest in sport and well-being.

Interests
I enjoy outdoor sports such as hiking and rock climbing. I obtained a sky-diving license in 2014 and jumped for some time. Being interested in sport and self-development, I go to the gym. I find music interesting and played guitar as well as piano in the past, and took singing classes. Loving computers and electronic in general, I learnt coding (which allowed me to make this website from scratch), which I still learn today on a regular basis.
Objective
With Animus Corpus, my objective is to help people who are willing to change and take a step toward a better life, and willing to make the efforts to build a better, healthier, and more positive lifestyle. It may not be an easy task for everyone, but we can work together to put all the odds on your side. Through our sessions, I will provide you the support and help you need to progress toward your personal set targets.
